Official Licencing
Bandai has been contacted as of what to put for the official Digimon copy right. Bandai has replied saying that;
"Bandai America holds only the master toy license for Digimon. Please be advised that Digimon is a Toei Animation property and any requests regarding use of their intellectual property need to be directly addressed to Toei."
So I have contacted Toei Animation now asking basicly the same question. Toei's response will be added to the site ASAP.

I know some people are sick of waiting, as am I, so let's begin. I originally planned it to be done in chapters but I decided to toss that idea and go with updating it a page at a time. So we have a random cover page that I cut out the chapter 1 text from.
